Hey everyone, WOW time fly's by... faster and faster these days, So, I just returned from Texas, an amazing weekend trip!! I was there for the Sally Presidents Awards 2008 My little store in Chubbuck made it to the Top 10 in the Territory (that includes Utah, Nevada, Idaho, part of Cali, and Arizona) It was an amazing weeked to say the least, lots of great people, great food, and lots and lots of great memories!!! Here are a few pics from the weekend!!!

Casper, Wyoming........

Ok, So funny story my life basically revolves around 2 things right now.... My niece (Shawna) who is my whole reason for living, breathing, and waking up in the morning.... And Sally Beauty Supply, (yes i love my job) anyway... back in June my district manager calls me and asks if I would be willing to go to Casper with her and a couple other managers and RESET and entire store.... I figured.. wtf why not.. So anyway.. fastforward to the first of August... My store is doing very well, I have an amazing Assitant Manager, its Saturday night, and we are leaving EARLY in the morning to drive to Casper, Sally's was supposed to be renting a Bigger car for us to take.. yah, that totally got messed up, and we ended up driving across Wyoming in my Boss' tiny little Scion TC yah, the little sporty 2 door!... HAHA here is where it gets interesting... Picture this... 4 hairstylist, their luggage, and them in a LITTLE car... Yah, it gets better, one of my fellow managers gets car sick REALLY easily.... So guess what.. I got to ride in the backseat... for 6 hours... Ok, so it wasn't that bad.. Suprisingly, that car has ALOT more room than it looks like... All in all it was a fun trip.. kinda a mini vacation from the day to day Sally experience... The best thing in Casper (aside from the VERY HOT waiter at Old Chicago)was a 60's "Auto/Vintage/Maltshop Restaurant that we frequented... We had a lot of laughs and Not much sleep... But it was a great experience... guess u had to be there!!!
